A Florida man was shot at an Ocoee bar after refusing a free drink, and police are currently still searching for the gunman.
The shooting took place at Frank’s Place on Tuesday night, when an unidentified suspect offered a man a drink. When the man refused, an altercation erupted- and ended with the suspect firing twelve shots from a concealed pistol, hitting the victim once in the leg.
According to Click Orlando, the suspect has been in the bar several times, but patrons aren’t talking to the police.
“Nobody wants to tell [police] who he is, his last name or his occupation or anything like that. So me and the detectives don’t know who he is,” Seyfang, the assistant manager of Frank’s and witness to the crime.
The incident has left Seyfang traumatized and police puzzled.
“I haven’t slept in two days,” Seyfang said. “I keep hearing (a) gunshot in my head. I tremble every time (I go) into this building since it happened.”
Despite his trepidation over the incident, Seyfang helped get a customer to cover, placing the individual behind the bar.
The surveillance footage has been released to the public in hopes that an anonymous tip can be made.
