An Oklahoma TV station accidentally broadcasted an officer-involved shooting live on-air as police cornered a suspected gunman.

According to KFOR, police chased the man throughout Oklahoma City before finally trapping him outside a daycare center and strip mall.

In the video, the man, who was suspected of killing another person in a domestic violence incident, gets out of the vehicle with a gun in his hand. Officers immediately identify the weapon and open fire.

The helicopter reporter said that shots were being fired and quickly the TV station went back to the main anchor inside the studio, but not before showing the deadly confrontation.

Police say the suspect died at the scene.
