Long Beach, California was home to the FOP's 59th National Biennial Conference and Expo. Held at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, approximately 15,000 law enforcement officers were expected to attend the function hosted by the nation's largest union for sworn personnel. The dates of the event were August 16th - August 20th, 2009 and LEOAFFAIRS.COM hosted a booth in the convention center (Sun - Tue).
