West Virginia State Police Cpl Marshall Lee Bailey
A West Virginia State Police Cpl was shot and killed and a Trooper was in critical condition after being shot by a suspect they had arrested for DUI. The suspect was handcuffed in front and apparently had a gun hidden on his body. The suspect later shot a tow truck driver and then a deputy sheriff in a shootout in which he was killed.
