German Bosque, the Opa-Locka Police Sergeant who won’t stay fired has been arrested again. Bosque has been charged by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement with battery, kidnapping, and tampering with a witness. The charges stem from a 2011 incident in which Bosque locked up a subject who had come to the police station to file a complaint against him. Bosque has a history of being the most investigated police officer in Florida and has been fired 6 times, but has been able to get his job back each time thus far.
