Dominic Martucci
A Deputy Sheriff in Ohio has been fired for making inmates dance to music to get privileges like using the phone or a microwave back that had been taken from them. Dominic Martucci had taken the microwave and locked down the inmates for disruptive behavior. He then told them that if they entertained him by dancing, he would give it back.
