Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio sent 520 armed members of his volunteer ‘posse’ out to patrol schools today. The volunteers will be augmented with canine patrols and SWAT officers as they are available. At times, some of the ‘posse’ will carry automatic weapons. Armed Posse, are you kidding me? He sent armed volunteers into schools with children? If you have no school enforcement experience you have no idea how volatile that really is.
