A Chicago area Sheriff is facing a lawsuit alleging that he allowed his then 17 year old son access to the state’s Illinois Law Enforcement Agencies Data System, as well as riding along with Deputies on duty. An in car video shows the younger Zaruba chasing down a suspect, even though he has no law enforcement training or certification.
