During an Attorney General’s investigation into a New Mexico Sheriff, for fighting with one of his deputies, a new twist came up. Another deputy admitted that he had stolen a pair of green panties from a house while he was on a call. The deputy isn’t even certified a Law Enforcement Officer, but is a Licensed Dispatcher.
