The 5500 police officers working at the Republican National Convention in Tampa later this month, plan on using patience and talking with protestors, before making any arrests. Police will make an arrest though if they see that a law is about to be broken. For up-to-date news accounts of this story, photos and to post a comment, please access the links below:

08/13/2012 – Police to use patience first with RNC protesters

It says in the paragraph that “police will make an arrest though if they see that a law is about to be broken.” The part that says a law ABOUT to be broken concerns me. According to the laws and the constitution of the United States, a person cannot be arrested if the person has not broken a law.
Now if you arrest people that are “about” to break a law but have not broken the law yet, would that not be a violation of their civil rights?
This country has turned around completely towards a quasi fascist state. The government is getting away literally with murder using 9/11 as their source of enforcing unconstitutional and unjust laws against the population. And police are blind, brainwashed robots that refuse to see what is happening to their fellow American. Police and civilians are Americans. And the government is treating Americans wrong.
