A Peoria, AZ Police Sergeant’s demotion and suspension for a picture that he posted on his Facebook page has been affirmed by a hearing officer. The picture showed a group of teens with rifles holding a bullet riddled t-shirt with President Obama’s picture on it. The case next goes before the City’s personnel board for a final hearing.
