The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is forcing retirement on a Deputy Chief and 2 Inspectors, 2 of whom were informed that a Captain had taken pictures of an upcoming Sergeants Exam. Captain John Ferrigno took photos of the exam during a meeting about the exam process and was witnessed by Inspector Richard Brazicki. Brazicki reported the incident to Ferrigno’s supervisor Inspector Brian Sullivan. Later after being pressed on the matter Sullivan made Ferrigno delete the images while Sullivan watched.
