Miami Police Officer Fausto Lopez, who was stopped in his marked cruiser by Florida Highway Patrol Officer Donna Jane Watts, has plead no contest to reckless driving.  Lopez had adjudication withheld, was ordered to do 100 hours of community service, and paid $3300 in court costs.  The traffic stop started a “feud” between local cops and state troopers.  For up-to-date news accounts of this story, photos and to post a comment, please access the links below:
