A 23 year veteran of the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office in Michigan had to shoot his K-9 partner Thursday after the dog attacked him at a veterinarian’s office.  Gunner, had recently started showing signs of aggression and was taken to the vet to see what could be done about it.  The dog attacked the handler and would not release when ordered.  For up-to-date news accounts of this story, photos and to post a comment, please access the links below:
