Former Officer Joel Francisco
Former Hollywood Police Officer Joel Francisco has plead guilty to 2 counts of falsifying records and will serve 90 days in the county jail. Francisco was involved in an accident where he rear ended a drunk driver. The Officer who came to work the accident told Francisco and other officers that he would “Walt Disney” it and make it appear that the other driver was at fault.
