Flagler County Sheriff Don Fleming
The Florida Ethics found today that probable cause existed that Flagler County Sheriff Don Fleming violated state Ethic Laws. Fleming had accepted a free membership at a beach resort and dined there on discounted meals for several years without reporting any of it as gifts.
