Warrior, the miniature horse who died
A Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Deputy has resigned after being arrested on charges of animal abuse in connection with the starving of two of her four miniature horses. One has died. 23 year veteran, Pamela Belo turned her horses over to a horse rescue agency after she determined she couldn’t care for them any longer.
