A Dallas police sergeant who was transferred from patrol to midnights at the jail after bringing Chick-fil-A food to work and allegedly making comments to 2 lesbian officers on Chick-fil-A appreciation day has been cleared of any wrongdoing after an internal investigation. Sgt. Mark Johnson was accused of making comments towards off. The two unnamed female officers alleged that Jones had made comments before the sift detail briefing, and then during the detail briefing. Another Sgt was present during the detail briefing and swore in a statement that he didn’t think Johnson had done wrong.
