New Mexico State Motor Transportation Police Officer Chris Webb tasered a 10 year old at his school when the student sarcastically said no to washing the officer’s patrol car. Webb was at the school for a career day when the incident occurred. Webb claims the tasering was an accident. The student’s guardian is now suing the Department of Pubic Safety and Webb.
