Berkeley Police Chief Michael Meehan who is already under fire for sending a Police Sergeant to a reporters hours at 1 am to get him to change an article, is now under fire for using up to 10 police officers to search for his son’s stolen iPhone back in January.  A number of the officers worked overtime and even went into the city of Oakland in search of the missing iPhone.  Even with the extensive man hours used to search for the phone, a police report was never written on the incident.  For up-to-date news accounts of this story, photos and to post a comment, please access the links below:
