Chicago Police Department Sergeant John Pallohusky was sentenced to 12 years in prison for stealing over $1 million from the Sgt’s union that he was the president of. He spent the money on lavish dinners at steak houses and other restaurants, and on a second home. Pallohusky took a straight up plea, meaning that he has no plea deal with the prosecutor was sentenced to what ever the judge decided. He faced up to 15 years in prison.
