Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu has been ordered by the Defense Logistics Agency to retrieve property that he got from them for free and then loaned out to private ambulance companies and fire departments.  The property was surplus military equipment that was offered to law enforcement agencies for law enforcement use only.
